Elevated Pushups X 7, didn’t do any the second circuit
NOTES: Pretty good session. Pretty pissed about the last set of bench. There’s about a half inch of clearance on either side of the bar ends and the catches so it’s really easy to hit them. Could have done more if that didn’t happen.

Yeah it was a great time man!
The session was pretty high volume, but it only took a little over an hour. It sucked though lol

Definitely go next year if you get the chance. I’m planning on going again as long as I can make it again
