My Path to Un-trolling

Begin ECA Stack today along with LIPO 6 Black (yes I am crazy)
3300 clean calories at only 20% carbs(whole wheat) and 60% protein
2.5 galons of H2O
2 sessions of Cardio 25 minutes each every day (early morning fasting & mid afternoon)
Weightlifting 4-5 times per week HEAVY LIFTING + 2 HIIT BW excercises
Additional Supplementing
Whey
Creatine
Multi Vits and EFA
I bet my self a 15% BF by Decemeber
I will get there!!!
