Any suggestions for a training routine? Thanks! (Btw, the Isopure is Zero-Carb Vanilla and I am mixing it with water.)

Check out CW’s Antibodybuilding Hypertrophy Program. I used it cutting, didn’t lose any size and actually got a little stronger too.
By the way, I decided to eat both solid food as well as Isopure. Thanks for all your help.
congrads on the decision to lose some weight and transform yourself. I hope you achieve your goals because it looks like you have a LONG way to go!!
But I think its total bull shit that you are only eating protein shakes for your diet. And i can only imagine the number of toilet sessions you are going to have during the day. I believe to many people are wasting money on supplements and are hardly eating real foods, i think you should try and read john berardi’s articles and at least visit a super market.
And i think you should change you subject title to ’ My own Wilder Beast evolves’. hahaha
