My Other Left

I’ve been itching to try out the heavy bag in our ‘group fitness’ room, but also would have no clue, so I’ve been holding myself back. You will be my inspiration, Claire.

Re: bitching pharmacist - some people will create things to bitch about when they don’t have anything legitimate in their sights.

dinner sounds fabulous! - and here you got me thinking all you ate were burritos. You may be date material after all

I would so pay to see you going ape-shit on a punching bag.

I just googled how many legs crabs have - turns out about 8.

Nice work on the punching bag. I bet that felt great.

Court- dinner was made for me, and the 4.5lbs of crab legs were shared between 3 people. i did my part to out eat the men, and i definitely used more of my butter. i will, however, rent a van and cart everyone out to california if we can stay on the beach all day.

nlmain- no, i eat things other than burritos… like… um… hell i dunno but im sure i do! how 'bout that date? ow ow!!

blue- seriously, go in and just beat the hell out of it. feels goood.

four60- next time, we’ll tape it, i promise. i dont know how much falling down i’ll be able to do, but i’ll see what i can do with a few drinks beforehand.

I love how you brag about your eats. I could too. But I don’t.

Post time to your log has been drastically accelerated. You better do something radical . . . and quick . . . to change that.

pegg- if work is painfully over rated, why get a job?

Well, Ive found that, contrary to what i used to think, having money to be able to do things you want is more appealing than laying around on the couch all day. Dont take that the wrong way, if I could find someone to pay me to be awesome from home full time, I would do it, but Im still waiting on that call. That being said, the job Im taking doesnt require much, if any physical labor, and the have an employee meal every day. Did I mention that its M-F NO WEEKENDS? Id be crazy not to do it.

I heard they served cockmeat sandwiches for the employee meal everyday. Or maybe it was grilled bologna, which I’m pretty sure is the same thing anyway.

I too, have reached this conclusion.

As it should be. Want to borrow my shirt?

No bullshit, is this thing really worth it? If I order it now, it will probably get here ahead of my econo-prowler.

snap- I’m happy enough about some of the food i eat to tell people about it. Also, I’m happy that the lighting in my apartment is so flattering.

pegg- I dont know if we can still be friends if you’re gonna start doing that grownup type shit. A real job? are you kidding me? I don’t know you anymore.

bg- grilled bologna? with pickles, cheese and onion? SIGN ME UP.

stronghold- coming to a conclusion is half the battle. now you just have to get to the welfare office and you’re set. you’ll have to add a “Q” “X” or “Z” to your name though, gotta try to make the secretaries there have a stroke when they pronounce your name.

jj- oh definitely worth it. even if its just for your back and glutes. ok thats a lie its for everything. its the best and worst pain before PVC.

had most of the day off today, took a nap, ate some food, and went into work for a few hours so the morbidly obese bitch with a food addiction and social insecurity issues could sit on her ass and do nothing. oh yeah. she got an rx for a diet pill filled today.

“you dont know me!”

gonna have a protein shake and at least a liter of water before bed. thats right bitches, be jealous.

Shouldn’t be hard to make people around here stroke out, I mean, they “fortify” the tap water with gravy down here.

You totally stole that video from me. It’s ok, I don’t mind.

Thanks. Money spent, medieval torture device on its way.

HA! Yeah, i just looked at that roller - looks like a meat tenderizer. Should work wonders! I want.

I have a taper named after me? Is it like the best kind of taper to have?

Cool

Well, I guess calling it a “real job” would be hard to do. I am going to be working at a gym. Thats FUN. Its what I do now, for the most part, but I don’t sign the paychecks anymore, and I dont have to pay to work there. I still maintain that, outside of my responsibilities to my boys and to my credit score, I remain a perpetual 17 year old boy.

Jason

please enjoy pic of said boys and their stunningly handsome father. Me.

stronghold- i definitely remember seeing that video from pegg, first. you prolly sent it to me too, though.

jj- awesome! lemme know how you love/hate it when you get it!

masch- i swear i thought meat tenderizer, too. as soon as i saw it i was like a little kid jumping up and down wanting my turn and wanting to try it!! and it wasnt in my head, i just tried to make it look like i was doing something for warmup. had to wait for tate to finish using it.

vegita- yep there’s a taper named after you! if it’s mine, i’d say its the best taper to have. ha!

pegg- those little nuggets are too precious to be yours. they’re such hams for the camera!

training

did some light stuff tonight, remembering that i’ll be expected to lift heavy all weekend. and im so ok with that.

did some wide grip pullups with a green band, 10, 8, 5, 5, 5.

offset stepups, 15 each leg, with a 40lb db

face pulls 3x15, with close neutral grip seated cable rows with 130 (dunno what the real weight is, that stack lies like a crazy ex0, 3x15

then some russian twists with a 12lb medicine ball, 2x40(or 20? i count each side swing as one.)

story. well, announcement.

I think (and by think, I mean I don’t see any reason why I wouldnt) Im doing to do a PL meet in august.

the more i toss around the idea the more i like it.

pegg, you’re gonna have your hands full.
