post work, fueled by nothing but frustration with humanity:
OHP
worked up to 115x1, then back down to 95x3x2
followed by
wide grip seated cable rows to mid torso 110x6x
lean away lat raises with 25lbs 6x2
then i got hungry and left.
i had a convo with Chad, one of the “trainers” (<–this is the guy who admittedly knows nothing real about lifting, is interested in power/oly lifting, but is scared to try it. convincing him to come to ironhouse with me. no, kimba, not fuckable.) about equipment and arrangement of the weight/cardio room. i think im starting to turn them, one by one, onto the idea that getting stronger is also about lifting smarter and healthier in the long run.
talked Chad into getting a band from Elite for his dips/pullups, and he had one of the other trainers try it… both of em loved it. yeah buddy! world domination will soon be mine!!
