My New Log

that’s what would be so frustrating. you can only take some people so far. there is a fig competitor in our gym that used to train. she stopped because she said it was too hard, emotionally, i guess. she would give so much energy in training them, developing programs, but they weren’t holding up their end of the deal in the nutrition area and would complain about no results.

anyhow-very cool that you are a trainer!

pssh, not much of a trainer right now! The hardest part right is getting people to show up to there damn orientations! People can be flakey…also closing the sale is hard for me too…I’m not a salesperson! grr…

…I’ve been warned it can take at least 6months-1yr to build a good client base

At least you don’t teach people to bench with a 3-inch range of motion. I’ve seen that, and it’s such a pity. You’re probably way more useful than a lot of trainers already.

Haha, thanks Alisa!

If given the chance anyway, yes, I think I could be pretty darn useful! :stuck_out_tongue: I only started 2 months ago, so I can’t complain too much I suppose…

I only have one client at the moment and she is 300+lbs…itching to do some heavy lifting though which makes me proud!!
