Right so what’s the plan you’re following from RJ now like Paul? It’s obviously helping you lean down.
hmm, let me ask him what details I am allowed to give about the plan. I’m pretty sure when I started with him he said I wasn’t allowed to share certain details.
It is very simple though, nothing wild or new like cbl or lean gains fasting.

for kicks what i ate today
Are you weighing your food after cooking Paul?
Just asking because the chicken and samon are both given as cooked weights, and the macros would be wildly different than the uncooked amounts. I always use uncooked measures because its whats on the packets and then I dont have to weigh my stuff.

yes. but you also need to keep essential fats in your diet as already said above. try green faces diet maybe, which a version of a PSMF, for a short period. Should yield you some good results.
There are many good approaches to take. Ultimately you can probably figure what works.
I like PSMF combined with frequent high tension (fairly low rep, i.e. 3-7) explosive lifting where I hit the muscle with high frequency (every 3 days or so). This lifting style tells your body to hold onto muscle even when dropping cals. Then as long as you keep room for good fats, you can go on losing a high amount of fat for several weeks, at which time you can re-introduce carbs (in a smart-like manner) to “rebound” your.
Luck be nothing.
edit: crap, I was rambling before like no one’s business. Great progress!
