My Macros for 10 Days/Cut

Okay well i should probably wait a week or two to see where weightloss goes but i want to begin adding about 15 minutes of steady state running every day post workout.
Mainly because im in the army and i’ve been slacking on running and i need to start again.

Think this is a decent starting point as far as weightloss goes? i know most people like to start off with just 2 or 3 30 minute sessions a week but i figure i could just spread this accross all days evenly.

by the way i workout 4 on 1 off

edit: every now and again maybe ill do 15 minutes worth of HIIT maybe once or twice a week just to change it up.

random update start 255lbs now 232-234lbs

still got a ways to go, slowly but surely

and eating roughly 3000-3200 cals a day

strength is okay, My chest has never been a strong body part for me so my pressing sucks and i’ve never put a huge effort into legs since they are an naturally bigger body part so they are okay. But everything else is doing great.

Thanks man, found CarbBackloading and it’s been easy dropping fat and adding strength.

So how much farther will you be going with your cut?

Originally I wanted to see what I looked like at 225 but talking to the guy who’s helping me along with my diet he thinks that I should focus more on just having a healthier looking me whether it be 225 or 185 and I agree. So my personal goal is going to be getting decently lean somewhere between 10-15% and taking as long as it takes to get there
Though i have no idea where my body fat is right now im guessing its around 20% but who knows

eventually when i feel more confident and closer to my goals ill post some pics up of me not doing crazy poses haha

paulie- Looks like you’re leaning out nicely-- good work!

How are your strength levels?

Good work so far. Remember to slow down the rate of fat loss as you get leaner (like 10-12%) because your body will be more prone to dropping muscle mass

You’ll look beastly at that 10-12% range.
Keep it up!

My strength is just about the same I’d say. I’ve never been very strong really nor do i consistiently practice the big 3.
Like i haven’t flat benched in months but i don’t think i’ve lost any muscle.

Getting there slowly wish i had more pics of me at 255.

anyways.

I know not many people are really following this and i haven’t posted my macros or any dieting updates i just want people to know since late feb. I’ve been working with a guy named RJ Perkins who is a natural pro out of Raleigh NC and pretty much the plan i had set at the beggining of this thread i only used for about a month in january getting from 255 to 246.

Wow, that’s a great transformation man! Looks like you lost exclusively belly fat, which is great!

Great transformation going on here. I am interested in following. Looks like you lost a lot more than what you have. Great job.

thanks for the positive feed back ryan and spidey

Lookin good man, that belt looks like it had to be sinched down quite a bit from that last picture haha.

Keep it up.

Right so what’s the plan you’re following from RJ now like Paul? It’s obviously helping you lean down.
