you don’t need to be. just emulate the diet and you’ll be fine. then again, Japan doesn’t have the same horrid healthcare system that the US has so you could be onto something
no. people in those zones regularly live to these old ages.
thanks.
red meat and grilling is actually pretty bad for you. chicken and fish is much better.
no. the Japanese aren’t known for heavy southern BBQ LOL. unless you mean non grilled red meat. they cook with water and eat a lot of fish and rice.
Did you need a doctor to tell you this?
Do you need another doctor to tell you that you’d be better off just not eating pizza at all?
you do realize that every single longevity guru out there says to lift weights, right?
Why aren’t you?
Having the cumulative lean body mass of 2 adult males makes me look older. #SorryNotSorry

This has to be the butter chicken twat back for round 2.
Well no shit but not why YOU think
Lol… ya you’re a smooth brain
It’s amazing how when actual birth records are available the rates of centenarians drops by 80-90%.
Based on this topic, I’d keep working on this.
For what it’s worth I’m 42 in a month, people generally think I look my age or younger (I’m pretty sure if I dyed the salt and pepper beard I would get younger more often) and I routinely outlift people 10 years younger than me at a specialized power/strongman gym.
I think genetics play the biggest role, and I’ve been “active” since youth sports all the way back to foam ball soccer and football, with structured training beginning in 7th grade athletics.
I partied hard in my 20’s, crashed a motorcycle with major injuries in my late 30’s.
I lift heavy for my focus with medium and light weight supplemental and accessory work.
I don’t strictly follow any diets, but pretty closely align to the Paleo Diet in pursuit of a macro ratio about 80% of the time, and eat whatever I want the other 20%. I love fajita beef chimichangas smothered in queso and rocky road ice cream.
I also love caffeine and would recommend looking up health benefits for consideration. Imo the cortisol boost is overemphasized. Training increases cortisol too ![]()
I supplement fish and now usually krill oil, a greens powder now that I can’t get Superfood, NAC, ubiquinol and nattokinase.
Train and eat generally healthy consistently most of the time and you’ll be fine.
My wife told me I looked “worn” when I was like 25, so… whatever
