Having kept a log here for years and logged things like elbow pain, or sleep schedule changes, I can say it’s very helpful to have it all written down and searchable - not just the highlights/good days, but the hard times as well.

I do a regular body part split. I will only log important lifts I need to remember what I did for. I am 260lbs in my 30’s. I have been training for 15 years. Lifetime natural.

February 17, 2026: DB flat 170x2 (placeholder because I failed to reach 165x6)

January 4, 2026: Deadlift 595x4 (at the end of the workout)

February 13, 2026: zercher full cycle squat 485x1.
previous PR was 480 a long time ago. I am set for 495 which I have never attempted and which will be a huge milestone for me ever since I started this exercise 5 years ago
