My Log for Success

Hey guys.

Well im making a training log for myself. Just trying To lose some fat and get stronger, will probaly switch to a Thib Training Plan in a couple of months.

I use the perfect rep stlye to lift.

Here is what im going to be doing.

4 day upper/lower split, heavy compund exercises.

On leg days 1 HIIT session a week, and 1 complex session. most likely on monday in the morning and with 3 days apart.

I drink atleast 1.5 Gallons of water normally 2 or more. No soda, energy drinks except SPIKE, and about Half a pot of Coffee. My Supplements include, in order from most imprtant to least:
Fish Oil
Vitamin D3
ZMA
Rez-V
L-leucine
Metabolic Drive Complete and Low Carb
Grow Bioatcive Whey
Multivitamin
L-glutamine
Co Q10(when is the best time to take this?)
Z12
Super B-Complexe(Again When should i take this?)

Every morning i will be walking for about 30 minutes after HOT-ROX Extreme And Water, Then a Metabolic Drive Complete Shake with some almonds, and supplements.

Meal 1:
3 whole eggs
Cup of coffee or Tea
Veggies of some type
Some lean meat or fatty meat(for better absorbstion of Vitamin D3)
5-6 Grams Fish oil

Snack 1:
Metabolic Drive Complete
1 scoop L-leucine
Fiber choice Tabs(3)

Meal 2:
Lean Meat
Lots of Veggies
5-6 grams Fish oil

Snack 2:
Almonds
Salad
Grow with 1 scoop L-leucine

Meal 3:
Lean Meats
Lots of Veggies
5-6 Grams Fishoil

Supplements(1 hour before bed):
ZMA

Snack 3(30 min before bedtime):
Metabolic Drive Low carb
1 scoop L-leucine
almonds(or greek yogurt)

On work out days
1 1/2 Hours prior HOT-ROX Extreme(should i take this now or right before my workout?)
1 hour prior
1scoop Grow
1 scoop L-leucine
5-10 Grams L-glutamine

Right Before Spike tablet

Workout

Right After
1 scoop Grow
2 scoops L-leucine
12 grams Glutamine
OR
Metabolic Drive Complete
w/1 scoop L-leucine

My Split looks like
Monday-Upper Body Pushing Dominant(HIIT in the AM)
Tuesday-Lower Body Strength focus with some mobility work
Wednesday- Plyometrics and grip work
Thursday-Upper Body Pulling Dominant
Friday-Lower Body Power and Agility(In the AM Body Weight)
Saturday-Every other week a free for all
Sunday-Rest
