Did both squats and DB flies, incline,flat,and decline in tonight’s session. My entire body was pumped, felt great!

Ended with push-ups on trx bands, 100 reps total

Biked in the California sunshine to the gym today.

Rows, Hammer strenght rows, rear delt, traps.

My training today was carrying/pushing heavy shit at work.

Suppose I can equate it to a low intensity, 3 hour session of the prowler.

Need some massage, Greg, do you mind doing my traps, bro?

1 strenght session, then 50 minutes of martial arts. No krav maga, had a taekwondo instructor instead, mostly worked on punch/kick combos, good cardio.

Evening session w/ training partner.

Abs

Another session with partner/spotter. Need to re-evaluate my goals - dips, squat and bench numbers must move up, in order to look studly in Vegas in May. :slight_smile:

Squat - 5 sets

Legpress - 5 sets

sitting hammie curl - 4 sets

calves - 4 sets

HS leg extension 175 LB - 4 sets

Same leg workout as last week - just added 3 sets of 50 LB single leg hamstring machine (15 reps per set)

Goal is 30 reps with 60 LB. Will reach it on Thursday the 13th.

I’m 175 LB now - lost 5 LB, did not lose any strength but still, I want my weight to move up to 195 - increasing calories.

Chest, shoulders
front, middle,lateral deltoids pumped.

Light stretching and foam rolling

Goal reached: 30 reps per leg.
Also put 120 pounds on, no rep count
