then wtf is the leash for?

oh.

 I can’t promise I won’t bite or stick my face in your crotch at inopportune times, right before I lick your face.

gps for christmas? I suck at directions to an extent. I blame global warming. cbear what are you going to school for?

Now is a good time to mention I also break stuff. Jim’s light in the kitchen ceiling fan and his earmuffs for shooting, most recently. Unless I’ve forgotten something.

Physical Therapist’s Assistant. 2012. Switched from nursing. And I goofed around, and I took a lot of time off… it’s been fun, but I’m ready to get out.

That’s pretty awesome. I’m doing PT at Texas Tech right now and currently get that burn out feeling after consistently having 2 tests a week. 2012 cannot come soon enough. Thank goodness for Tnation and facebook. They allow for some semblance of a life in between banging my head on all these textbooks and the occasionally crying myself to sleep.

you need to masturbate more often. T-Nation and facebook do not count as “life” and you will not be able to convince me otherwise.

hell.

Everyone should masturbate more often.

Lamp … Fishing rod … Lol.
Don’t Feel bad baby you do plenty to make up for it.

what does the PT’s assistant job entail? I was seconds away from going to rad-tech school but changed my mind…now I’m trying to make it as a personal trainer, but business is not booming around here…

I may have to get a degree in something else and get a real job at this rate!

Oh yah and leaving shoe out for doggies to eat. If it’s on the floor it
is fair game

I forgot about the fishing rod… i don’t remember the lamp, but I’ll take your word for it.

MIMD-> the short version: leading a patient through the prescribed exercises and answering basic questions about “why.” I chose assistant rather than PT bc I have no desire to write a doctoral thesis, and the PTA’s are the ones that actually hang out with the patients… so if I don’t like an exercise thats been prescribed, I can make up my own. Not that it’s legal to do that, but my law breaking days aren’t over. it’s just a matter of WHICH ones!

another unrelated note!

When I was dragging my trashcan to the curb this morning, I got to witness two girls in a truck hit not one, but TWO telephone poles in front of my building. I got to play first responder, but it was kinda boring bc they were both ok, other than whiplash. They did an excellent job of popping off the right front tire and the sparks between poles were pretty. I’m hilbilly enough to have taken video after I knew the girls were ok, and I’ll post it when I dig out my SD card.

And 15 min earlier I had been telling jim how much I didnt want to go to class. I still hafta go, I’ll just wait till the 9am break. I got a note from the cop. Whom I’ve known for 6 years and used to drink with. I had to write a statement and everything! Weird bein on THIS side of it all…

I love storytime.

P.S. My Garmin and I are inseparable. She speaks in a crisp British accent and her name is Carmen.

PT that is allot of schooling.

hmm I was once a physed type major- I was a horrible student-
switched to english took a massage license , then went back for theater/TV production/design
and do that now.

Thinking about going back and doing something else, but I gots bills.

story time here is pretty interesting…

PT… nah, just the assistant, not the full doctoral program. I wanna get finished already!

training

cycle 3, week 1, day 1

standing bb overhead press. Not what I wanted, but I felt amazing when I left, so that’s ok.

bar, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, all x5, then 105x3. (I wanted to hit 115.) then, bar x20.

accessory work was fun:

1 arm db rows, strict form, feets on floor. x15, 35lb, 35lb, 45lb.

1 arm alternating db presses superset with flies, then ab hyperextentions superset with planks, 10lbx10, 50sec, 25lbx10, 50sec, 25lbx10, 50sec.

then the ytwl complex, bw only.

Im tired. been a long day. missed a meal bc of my stupid dentist appt and my mouth was numb i was skeerd to eat my face.

I can haz shoulder rub?

Nice job on the bb presses!
Dentist visits such but they have to be done. One of my teeth broke in half on Friday. It’s just a big filling that’s come away but I know it means getting another crown and all the hassle and expense that comes with it. Grrr.

think any of the rest of the fam will want one?

video of the truck, the pretty lights, and the emt giving me back the blankets i’d brought down for the girls.
