This is some video of myself completing on july 9th. it has all my sn attempts and my fist 2 cj, i barely missed my 3rd attempt at 130 i missed it on the recovery of the jerk. The other guy in videos is the owner of the gym i workout in along with my boss, mentor and former PL just 6weeks out from back surgery.
Sweet pull mate, nice and long, solid receive position. YOur just a bit rocky on the way up. Probably due to the back surgery and weakness in your legs, making it a BAST getting up from the Snatch.

2nd Clean was HUGE, same on the Jerk, really stuck it. The first was NOTHING like the 2nd one!
Massive pull mate, love it, get your back healed and hammer the squats and your Snatch recoveries will be a hell of a lot easier!
I thought you were 6 weeks out of back surgery! It’s amazing how quickly you can recover if your a trained athlete.
Just a bit more squat work for you and you’ll recover a lot easier, solid positions. What are your squats up to now?
It’s swings and around abouts. I got under 150kg twice in 2009 but I couldn’t get up. Worked hard on my squats and I haven’t failed 150kg Clean in comp since December.
my squats are really weak, but so far this summer i have raised my BS 25 to 175. my FS only about 135, trying to get that up another 20 25 before school starts back up again.
