NOTES: Today wasnt bad, the bb rows felt ok but I didnt like how they looked. Going to stay with that weight til they look how I want. No idea what happened on krocs, but redemption will come! Haha. Really pleased with the shrugs, especially since Ive never done them without a belt and what I used today is a PR! Pullup PR was challenging but awesome. Rocky’s are still freaking hard but im getting alot better.
NOTES: Pretty good training today. DB Bench I wasted a ton of energy getting the db’s in place on my lap, oh well. Good PR’s on other stuff. CT cable complex was tough, insane pump from that! Overall good day, things felt solid and no forearm pain!

NOTES: Aww yeah! Back on track with DL’s! 390 was easy, flew right up! FS were funny on the third rep I descended then in the hole i just lost balance and fell backwards, i just LOL’d. Leg press and leg extensions were brutal! Awesome day overall!

Lollercaust! I frequently do stupid shit like that, especially with my oly lifts. The other day I was doing cleans and on one of the reps pulled the weight towards me rather than up. The end result was it flew back, hit my chest, made me fall flat on my ass and pinned me to the ground. Took me a solid minute of laughing pinned under the weight to regain my composure and sort myself out!
