Sometimes I get 5’7" during PT tests, but I’m usually 5’6". I’m weighing like 187ish these days when I wake up, and probably about as lean as I’ve ever been. I’m not that much stronger than you. I have a decent deadlift because, as my friend told me, I have like 4 inches to pull. My arms are stupid long. Like 6’2" wingspan on 5’6".[/quote]

When I say lean, I’m not that lean. I’m probably like 15-17%, but almost all of my fat is in the stomach/low back area. Coupled with the fact that I haven’t been able to train abs for months, my midsection looks terrible. Like I have visible veins on my arms, calves and shoulders, but I look like I’m preggers. The long arms make rowing and pulling fun, but I suck at pressing.

Yeah, Id say im anywhere from 17-20% max. All my fat is in the stomach/low back/some in the legs too. Haha yeah I love rowing and pulling, but I suck at everything lol. Just gotta keep working and the numbers will get up there.

I like to think that I could lift in the 181’s if I cut my bodyfat in half. Sitting around 20%, I could drop 20 lbs (theoretically) and squeak into the 181’s. But…fuck that shit, I’ll just place last in my weight class, I don’t care. Cardio sucks and dieting blows
NOTES: Awesome day, zerchers felt great, really focused on simulating a sumo DL. Squat PR is huge, especially mentally since I had hit 305x1 twice and just couldnt get that second rep. Arched back GM’s are new, and could really feel it hammering my glutes, hammies and low back. Sumo RDLs are also new, I am going to keep doing these as I know they are going to have great carryover. Awesome training today!
