I get noticeably stronger when I give myself a high&tight or buzz. I see you bought some shirts that fit you. And then you forgot how to get off a bench.

NOTES: Very good pressing day! 225x2 is a great PR and the 2nd rep got out of the groove but I still got it up, albeit slow! Wasnt expecting to hit any PR’s on DB bench, but put in good work. Low incline work felt really good. Awesome pump from the superset! Also pullups are progressing great, hell yeah! Need to keep pushing forward!

I just like giving you shit dude, props on the dragon flags. I’ll probably never even try them, because I’ve got the weakest and softest abz around, lol

Sometimes I get 5’7" during PT tests, but I’m usually 5’6". I’m weighing like 187ish these days when I wake up, and probably about as lean as I’ve ever been. I’m not that much stronger than you. I have a decent deadlift because, as my friend told me, I have like 4 inches to pull. My arms are stupid long. Like 6’2" wingspan on 5’6".

Nice man! We are very similar…nice, yeah im not very lean at all lol. Damn lucky you with the long arms, but all around dude you’re lifts smoke mine haha.

When I say lean, I’m not that lean. I’m probably like 15-17%, but almost all of my fat is in the stomach/low back area. Coupled with the fact that I haven’t been able to train abs for months, my midsection looks terrible. Like I have visible veins on my arms, calves and shoulders, but I look like I’m preggers. The long arms make rowing and pulling fun, but I suck at pressing.
