FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Alright so first day back training, things went ok…

Sumo DL/FS/Quads (1) - 7/30/11

Sumo DL
135x3x3
225x3x2
275x2
315x1
355x1
-355 went up slow, called it here-

FS
245x3 PR
185x5 beltless

Leg Extensions
120x4x10

Leg Press
Worked up to 7ppsx10 PR

Stepmill for intervals:
4min on/2min off/2min on/1min off/2min on/1min off/2min on = 10min total

NOTES: Hit a couple nice PRs. Annoyed that DLs didnt go too well. Thinking about running a 5/3/1 progression on those, we’ll see since I pull every 10 days. Stepmill freaking blows, but you do the crime you gotta do the time haha.

Video from yesterday:

Tried out Sumo pulling in your honour while you were away. Me gusta. It feels like it allows me to really nail solid form even when I start to get near my max.

Yeah for sure, I will really need to start focusing on hip mobility/strength if I wan’t to make the full switch.

Sorry man, I got distracted by the granny using the trx straps in the background during your incline bench sets… Nice PRs though I guess! :stuck_out_tongue:

Lol, she is always in there with her TRX straps…each to their own i guess.

Haha, thanks man

I was wondering what all the hippie comments were about, it’s the flowing locks isn’t it?

Nice job on the PRs!
