  1. I watched the video by smittydiesel on youtube on how to clean cuz im a nooblet. The guy showing how said to turn your elbows out like that so you’re not throwing the weight with your arm strength.

  1. You don’t have arm strength. You can turn your elbows out a bit without dumping your shoulders forward. At least, you could if you could SEE YOUR SHOULDERS YOU HIPPIE!!
