- I watched the video by smittydiesel on youtube on how to clean cuz im a nooblet. The guy showing how said to turn your elbows out like that so you’re not throwing the weight with your arm strength.

- You don’t have arm strength. You can turn your elbows out a bit without dumping your shoulders forward. At least, you could if you could SEE YOUR SHOULDERS YOU HIPPIE!!
