NOTES: Wow, what a training day. Got dizzy as hell after the leg press dropset lolol. 415 was so close to lockout, had it above the knees. Oh well, will not do super heavy pulling for a couple weeks and itll be mine by end of summer no doubt! Front squats felt pretty damn good. Beltless DL after front squats and leg ext was brutal! Then to top off the punishment for missing 415 with the leg press…DONE!!!

NOTES: Awesome pressing day! Finally put up the 100s, hell yeah! Then hit a PR with the 90s too! Decline bench felt so different doing it after DB pressing but i felt it even more so Im thinkin on keeping it like this…rest pause sets were brutal and gave a great pump! Flyes felt awesome too! Awesome day overall, im still excited haha!

Thanks man! Diet wise, I eat clean but am a bit lax sometimes and eat too much crap lol. As of lately Ive been eating oatmeal, eggs, brown rice, sweet potato, steak here and there, chicken, chicken sausages and just picked up some egg whites. I pretty much eat when Im hungry and vaguely keep mental track of carbs and protein intake. Lol.

Pretty much the same as me then. Oatmeal mixed with whey and peanut butter as well as pb&j bagels are my pwo staples. In fact, they are my anytime staples!
