For some reason my squat days recently seem shitty and I’m not attempting zercher squats before hand lol. You will have a way better day next time man!

NOTES: Pretty good chest day. Really wish the spotter hadnt touched the bar at all but I’m counting the grinder lol. DB Bench just lost the DBs groove on the 3rd rep, will add more reps/weight for sure. Wrist was also bothering me a little bit so I threw the wraps on for the DBs. Solid PR on HS decline, heaviest Ive ever gone. Next chest day will be back to using decline as my main movement.

Looks like a pumptastic day. Bet your long head of your tricep was pumped to hell after pullovers and OH extensions. I’m assuming you did the OH ext 2 hands at a time (50lbsx8 one handed would be beastly. lol)

Heck ya it was! The OH ext were one handed lolol jk. Triceps were dead by the time i got to that, 50lbs felt like 100 haha.

Nah just reverse grip bench press, regular grip. The reverse grip hits triceps really well. Honestly to me they feel like two different beasts, I can feel different parts of my triceps working on both.
