Per H4M’s guidance on my DL, I wont be going for the 405 for 3 deadlift sessions. H4M has suggested the next DL session (6/18) I hit a set of 4-5 reps, then on the (6/28) session that I hit 390x2 and THEN on (7/8) go for the 405. I fully trust his guidance and this is exactly what I am going to do. 405 will be locked out very soon!

What do you mean exactly? I pull every 10 days. Last two sessions have been heavy PR doubles…375x2 and 385x2.

Well what I mean is your deadlift plan, so to speak. I personally alternate ME/DE work each week, but it looks like you simply go HAM every ten days.

Thanks man. It really depends on how I feel. After doing the back to back sessions of heavy doubles the body needs a rest from real heavy work. So the plan is to hit a set of 5 reps this week, then something like 390x2 the next session, then 405x1 the following. Thatll all go by feel, but definitely hitting moderate reps this week. Gonna be fun with the damn hex plates lolol
