NOTES: Great benching day! 225 paused flew up, 235 got stuck about 4" off chest! Very happy with the 225 PR as that was the goal for the session. Put some good work in afterwards, everything felt pretty solid overall.

Yeah, belts usually add some lb’s to your max because you have something to push your belly out against thus stabilizing you much better.

Good bench Pr… hitting 2 plates for me after so long felt pretty good and I finally felt somewhat like I wasn’t totally and utterly embarrased with my bench (though still far, far from impressed with, lol)… my next… not too far off goal is 100kg incline… very much doubt I’ll try it tomorrow though… ps. your devil row weights are good as per.
