I know this is from a while back, but go to my log and look at how I used some lifting straps to front squat, it can make a huge difference

Also did 1 set of 225x2 paused deads. I liked these, going to try them out more seriously on DL day wednesday.

NOTES: Pretty good rowing day, things felt good all around. I think that bb row is a PR, but either way it felt good and thats what matters. Sweet PR on db rows. Tbars felt awesome. Overall great session, off day tomorrow then benching tuesday! W00t!

you have a very strong back my friend, keep up the good work, what are you gonna do when you max out the heaviest dumbbells? or are those the olympic ones that can’t be maxed out bc u just put plates on?
