Notes: Great squat day. Feelin good on squats. Would like to see a little better form but overall it was ok. Something to work on. Also need to continue to work on exploding out the hole. Good PRs though!

Its awesome with a couple exceptions. Typical equipment, a reverse hyper and a ghr.
Notes: Overall good day. Was working on barely touching the board. Was a little tough. Also working on being smarter in training and NOT MISSING WEIGHTS. Today is the last day that I miss a weight in training. Have to train tomorrow and friday cause the gym is closed this saturday. Gotta do what you gotta do.

Notes: Pretty good day. Last rep of 225 was meh but overall pretty easy. Got the weekend off, squats monday. Time to kill it…full of rage cause of some bullshit going on.
Long story short, friday I weighed the chains cause I definitely didn’t think they were 35lbs each when I used them and chains are typically 20lbs. Turns out theyre 20 a piece, that completely screwed up my numbers from monday but whatever. Gotta roll with the punches. Decided to go up to some good weight today to make up for it.

Notes: Really happy with how today went. Sorta pissed I cut the 335 a little high but its whatever, had it either way, I was locked in. Overall everything went well and hit some nice PRs.
I get so excited when I buy new stuff, gave into the urge and bought a pair of the inzer gripper wrist wraps since I love the gripper knee wraps…should have them soon, yay!
Chains have a “heavier” feeling than bands to me. I do like them a lot as well though, and for me they are easier on the elbows, bands always used to flare up tendinitis in my elbow.
