I missed the same weight twice and smoked it on the third. It was a freak thing, I had done that weight, with longer pauses, nearly 10 times. Not that having done it matters, but I cannot explain what happened with benching or deadlifting at the meet. Don’t get me wrong, I understand your point that you’re making. I do feel what I have been doing has been working with my bench. Speed day is always full ROM, the 3rd week of ME day will be full ROM and definitely going to get a repetition day back in soon/now because I feel that did alot for my bench.

This thread reminds me, I need to get some boards. Did you make them or buy them? Nice board press video.

Haha, made em man. Much, much cheaper. Bought like an 8ft 2x6 and made a 2board, then attached velcro so the 3rd board velcro’s on and off. Then u have a 1, 2 and 3 board. Thanks.

Cool tip, I might have to try making my own, if for no other reason then how cheap it must be for a decent training tool.
