I can’t say I agree. A typical training cycle should run around 12 weeks. This training cycle went very well and in the end I didn’t perform when the time came. No excuses, need to look at what worked, what didn’t and take this as a learning experience.
So you’re doing another meet at the end of the next training cycle?
A training cycle can run anywhere from 12-16 weeks. Thats not to say you have to do a meet after it. Typically your training cycle is created after you pick a meet so you can organize it and peak properly.
Okay. I was just suggesting that maybe taking more time in between meet prep to get stronger wouldn’t be such a bad idea. At least that’s how I’d go about it. Wasn’t implying the cycle was a failure.
I got ya man, just was voicing my thoughts as well. Wasn’t trying to say you were wrong or anything. And dont think I took what you wrote the wrong way, I know that you’re not a troll…oh wait…LOL jk man.
Dude, seriously, tuck your fucking elbows. It appears that you know you’re bringing it to a 3 board and not tucking them thangs because you know the ROM is short or something. The 315 was great, but as you know, the others were fugly.

Fix it.

Stupid.

Stupid shit aside, solid session dude!

How does using a 3bd help you?

Ink - yep, that sums it up lol. Thanks man.

Mmatt - well, boards allow you to overload and get used to heavier weights. a 3bd is about the top half of a bench depending on your leverages.

Do you ever fail in the top half of the lift?
