Doing alot of stuff you can find on www.mobilitywod.com, his youtube channel is ‘sanfranciscocrossfit’. Basically a bunch of band stretching, flossing, etc. It is really helping and Im an idiot for not being more dedicated to doing this…

Ah, I’ve done a few of the mobility WODs. Some of the are awesome, some of the are crap.
