That’s a huge issue I’m running into lately, is belt placement. Too high, and I pich the FUCK out of my huge fucking gut (I’M WORKING ON IT!). I got a nasty bite from it the other night, looks like I got a killer hickie, LOL.

I just started using a powerlifting belt for the first time this week. It made me realise how badly I need to cultivate a solid bloat for maximum effectiveness!
