Wake up - 10am - Coffee w/ splenda
1pm - Shake and 2 servings almonds (48)
230-3ish - 5 eggs w/ cheese and ham, 5 slices turkey bacon
Pre training 530ish - chicken/pork w/ onion and soy sauce, vegetables
During training 630-7 begin- scivation xtend
Post training 9ish- 2 scoop whey w/ skim milk, 32 oz gatorade, half a stuffed crust pizza, i think something else maybe lol?

Thanks guys haha. I dont really think im that flexible. Im really uncomfortable when I bench cause I tuck myself so tight, but thats how its supposed to be! Thanks for all the compliments, both PRs are huge for me!
Im watchin RUM5 right now and watched Sam Byrd smoke a 733lb squat opener, then smoke a 784lb squat. His third attempt he took 804lbs and on his way up one of the spotters grabbed the weight! WTF?! Theyre giving him a 4th attempt at it since the one spotter screwed it up, damn do I wanna see him smoke it!
WOW, so 4th attempt, Sam Byrd just had happen exactly what happened to my training partner who tore his ACL. Sam’s didn’t look like it was that bad but it didn’t look pretty. Hopefully it’s not too serious…
My thought is that that would have never happened had his 3rd attempt which was going up was not thrown off…
