NOTES: Alright benching day. On the 3rd rep of 260 I touched way too low and couldn’t recover from it. Pretty cool to hit 15 reps with 225 with the slingshot. Just missed the 5th rep on the lockouts. Overall ok day, can’t complain.

after watching ur video with the slingshot, i have decided to get one. i was thinking about it, and it seems like it will help quite a bit. also nice PR’s in here man.

do you find the slingshot hurts your shoulders? i got no idea why but man it kills, maybe im touching too low when i use it or something. BTW noice progress.

just a question about your programing for the meet cycle. Does your training partner have you doing lockout work all the way up, or will that be dropped as the meet approaches and replaced with full rom benches?
