-Starting my meet cycle my training partner wrote out, today was a repeat of last week for main lift weights.

NOTES: Great bench day. Smoked 225 on the warmup and had atleast 3-4 more in me. Cant wait to rep it out in a couple weeks on DE day. Board pressing went well, some reps I touched too low, especially the last rep of 270. Everything else felt pretty good.

Thanks spar4tee and justice. Haha iunno about 275 right now. Def feel I have 225x8. Jake, thanks man, yeah I work hard on my technique and its something I take pride in haha. Havent weighed in a few days, id say im around 200lbs in the morning.
Lockout strength is getting crazy solid, your lifts definitely looked faster at the lockout than off the chest. Good stuff man!
