ME Squat - 12/11/11
Well, today was a day of ups and downs…read on…

-So, after this my two other training partners were into their squat suits. Long story short, one of my training partners unracked 800 was going down with it and his right knee caved, buckled and we heard a pop. Ambulance came, and he went to the ER. After that the rest of us called it and drove back, got some food and went to the ER to see him and take him home. Swelling isnt bad at all, xray showed no bone damage, MRI in a few days. He is in good spirits and wants to bench on tuesday with us!!! After we left from taking him home I went to the campus gym to do a bit of accessory work. It was really scary and thank god for suspension cables. I am still shaken up from it…

Yeah my training partner has a bunch of gear and old gear that doesnt fit him anymore. He has a pair of briefs (i believe are predators) that he said should fit me. Ill get in em eventually lol

NOTES: Benching felt a little off tonight. Kept touching the board way too low. Overall glad I got PRs just wouldve liked them much smoother. Will redeem myself next bench day. Felt good overall though, tad bit of elbow pain.
