Today wasnt the day for 405. Thursday took way too much out of me, 315x6x2 was pretty heavy.

NOTES: Today wasnt the day with squats for me. Thursday took way too much out of me, went too heavy and didnt have enough time to recover. Im glad I was smart and didnt push it. Farmers walk and prowler was punishment, awesome! Definitely going to be sore tomorrow lol.
