So, saturday we are going to be hitting ME Squats. Cool thing is we are heading to a PL gym that is about 30 minutes from here. They have a monolift, squat bar, DL bar, etc! Pretty excited for this!!

Ha, I know it was raw lifting dude don’t worry. It’s just when I saw board pressing etc. I started to wonder if you were looking to improve things which help more for those who compete equipped.
Just was wondering if the massively strong guys your training with are doing it that way because they compete equipped? (so board press becomes very valuable) or if that’s just how they like to go about things regardless?
Well it depends. But he doesnt have me do what they do. He tailors it to me whether its through the main lift or through the assistance lifts.
