NOTES: 230 was pretty fast, despite my elbow bugging me, so im happy about that. Pretty sure I have some tendinitis going on. Supposed to be 2 sets of pin presses but the second set wouldnt budge, elbow wasnt liking it. The giant set and curls were for some bloodflow into the elbow. Overall good day though, hit what I needed to. Thanksgiving deload til next tuesday now!
