NOTES: Found a couple guys here that PL and train together. Finally was able to get in contact with them. Today was my first day training with them. Both are pretty damn strong and a hell of alot stronger/knowledgeable/everything than I. Awesome opportunity and I have decided to follow their training and see where it takes me. One of the guys went 1035/600/685/2315 at SPF Nationals last year. So excited for this opportunity!
I see you up in here making pro-gresses
Since I’m following what these guys do training wise, my training will look like:
Sunday - Squats
Tuesday - ME Bench
Thursday - DE Lower
Saturday - DE Upper/Acc Work
He said they like to do some active recovery work on wednesdays so I’ll probably do some cleans, snatches, etc on wednesday to get in the gym. Really excited to see what this training does for me both strength and physique size.
Training with stronger people is the bees knees

Yeah man, both of them are exponentially stronger than me. This is going to be fucking awesome.
I’d be psyched to train around someone with a 500 lb squat, but a 1035 squat…that’s 11 plates per side…that’s intimidating, but even more motivating. Look forward to seeing your squat workout tomorrow.

Yeah man, cannot wait. I’m gonna be dead afterwards, I’m sure of it.
The difference in his squat/deadlift is ridiculous.

Quite. That’s gear for ya lol.
Sounds like an awesome opportunity man. If schedules grant it training with partners seems to be a HUGE bonus training wise. So many guys I see in the gyms using poundages their body “shouldn’t” be able to handle yet because they train with someone bigger/stronger they just catch up at a rate beyond any sort of logic
