NOTES: All I have to say is holy crap. Today was awesome, bands are insane. Definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow. Pretty exciting I had around 525 on my back with the bar weight plus band tension. Tuesday is ME Bench and my new wraps come tomorrow! Woot!

jake - yeah the bands were crazy, definitely takes some getting used to as you can see me on the walk out lol. we just choked the bands underneath the power rack. yeah man, im really lucky to be able to train with and around these guys. they are very cool, helpful and motivating

Ya, I’m jealous. I live relatively close to Orlando Barbell, where Brian Schwab and his crew train. If I lived just a little bit closer, I would train there. It would be awesome to train around guys that serious, as opposed to training around elderly/feeble/weak/lazy at PF.

Hey doing pin lockouts with 315 is solid. You would hit a big PR in the bench if you had a meet next week even.

You didn’t see? Basically it started way earlier than I was prepared for on a Saturday morning and I skipped it out of pure lethargy. In hindsight, I still wanted to go, but I just wasn’t getting sleep I needed due to college and all.
How do you set up for the pins? I’ve tried those a few times and the bar would always slide when I start the press.
