You can only use chalk on the lifting platforms? Weird rule, I leave a trail of chalk where ever I go in the gym these days!

Yeah, its so theres not a mess all over the gym. But even when I used chalk at the gym back home, Id always be clean about it.
Awh man. Consistantly good training and PRs in here. The sumo is pretty sweet. I’m gonna have to work super hard to have a comparable total to you… especially once you smash the meet!
NOTES: Awesome shoulder/bicep session! MP PR was pretty smooth and everything felt great, insane shoulder pump and rear delt pump from that superset. Awesome PR on chins, I definitely exceeded my expectations and Im very happy with that! Overall awesome training day, off tomorrow, squatting monday!!

Not really sure, but my training right now is primarily focused on getting my DL up.
