strong back training! at christmas when I’m back at my home gym with the 165 or so dumbells I’m going to see how far I can go with the kroc rows in 4 weeks. highly tempted by a dumbell handle still though… could happen!!

Thanks man, it honestly felt no longer than the pauses I did last week haha. Glad I got a solid rep with 220 but pissed I missed that 230.

It might not have felt longer, but it was longer and it was more “settled” onto your chest. 18 days bro. Got your singlet yet?
