NOTES: Pretty meh benching day. The 225 set is the worst benching Ive done yet, looked terrible. 220 felt good and I thought I had 230 in me. Shouldnt have gone for it after the previous work sets. Know I have it when Im fresher. Overall ok day.
strong back training! at christmas when I’m back at my home gym with the 165 or so dumbells I’m going to see how far I can go with the kroc rows in 4 weeks. highly tempted by a dumbell handle still though… could happen!!

Thanks man, it honestly felt no longer than the pauses I did last week haha. Glad I got a solid rep with 220 but pissed I missed that 230.
