i’m with ink about hatin’ on you for the SSB i would do anything for one of those. or for an olympic platform too. u have a nice gym.

Goodfellow - the equipment is nice, the atmosphere sucks for PLing but thats when i put in my headphones and am in my own world lol

Ink - thanks man! Glad it gets your approval! On the way down I kinda lost it out the groove a little, I think I can put it up even faster as long as I keep good control…and lol yes he was.

Phlegms - thanks brotha! Appreciate the congrats! Nope, just doing my thing like ive been, but basically my last “heavy” training day will be this coming saturday with DL’s, then the week of the meet ill just be foam rolling/stretching/mobility and hitting the basics with light and fast squats, benches, deadlifts some tricep work and hammie work for the pump. The 2 days prior to the meet ill take completely off, then SFW at the meet!

The day of DL’s, this Saturday, I will suggest you start that session by working up to your opener x 1 on squat, then bench, before getting to DL’s, just to give you an idea how it’ll feel.

I don’t know why I’m giving suggestions to someone I’m battling, but hey, I’m feeling generous. Oh and yeah you have 2 ssb’s…but I’m about to have a lifting platform IN MY HOUSE.

Don’t “consider it” just fucking “do it”. Trust me, you’ll want to experience lifting all three lifts before the meet. And, you should wear your singlet (if only under your shirt/shorts) to get a feel of doing the 3 lifts wearing it. It’s weird. LOL

since your contest is on the eve of Halloween are you planning on dressing up in a bad ass costume for the meet? thatd be pretty legit lol

I was waiting til around the meet to possibly shave my head, it could happen.

good benching, way to grind it out, i always am afraid to go for a new max without a spotter bc i always have to grind it out like you. lol and yea i hear you on the atmosphere of the gym sucking, my gym is like a typical globo gym, its nowhere near as bad as planet fitness but its still full of middle aged fat people. i think i am one of like 3 people in the entire gym who deadlifts…what a disgrace. oh well cant wait til next deadlift day i think i am going to go for a new max to try to keep up with you haha.

Thanks man! Yeah man I feel ya, I have only lifted in commercial gyms like these unfortunately lol. Smoke that new max man, SFW!!

I think cornrows would be an acceptable substitute for a Mohawk at the meet, either option is good really.
