If we’re all talking about the same article, its authored by Dos Remedios and includes exercises like the clean pull, pull-ups and front loaded step-ups. The set/rep changes from week to week. Over all it aint a bad 4-week program for finishing off the year or starting the new year with.

That dudes HYUUUGE!

My manhood just shrank looking at that picture.

I now feel small and inadequate.

Let me guess: The plan involves going 4 weeks without food.

The gym I’m going to while I’m back from university has a huge sign saying “10 days to the body you want!”

Yeah right!

Thanks to your avatar, I dont think I’ll ever be able eat bacon again.

I need to be the first who said it:

That physique is unattainable in four weeks without roids.

He´s juiced to the gills that jacked Mofo!

I read the program, like Bujo said its by dos Remedios. Its actually pretty good, anything that has a deadlift variation in it is pretty good.

Change your physique in 4 weeks? Not dramatically but 4 weeks = 28 days = enough time to make it a real good habit if anyone stuck to it.

I have a female student, a gymnast and a senior, and her arms are bigger than his.

I read it too. I’m very glad that I’m seeing more and more quality information in the popular media. Of course becoming both lean and muscular in 4 weeks is silly. But this particular program is a damn good starting point.

Next thing you know MSN will be recommending high protein, healthy fat, vegetable laden diets and to avoid processed foods… ??? … maybe.

I think the guy in the pic is Nick Cannon.

His guns are massive!!!

I for one think it’s good how they use more realistic and attainable physiques instead of juiced bodybuilders as an example. Most people would prefer that kind of physique anyway and at least that’s the kind of body everyone can have. Granted he’s not muscular by T-Nation’s standards, but IT’S NOT MEANT TO BE. It’s an example for regular people who just want to be “fit”, and seriously, that’s not a bad goal. If more people looked like that earth would be a lot better place. Like it or not but that kind of body is healthy. Low bodyfat and SOME (ok maybe not) muscle.
