Odds are he doesn’t believe in Quads, Glutes, Hams, or Thighs at all.
I see alot of huge guys who never squat in our gym. They seem to spend 90% of their time curling and are still HUGE. They usually do curls, rack pulls and benches only.
Consistency is more important than anything else.
Yeah squats are great but lifting tons of heavy weight year after year and eating lots of food works too.
