Well its been almost 3 weeks since I started hitting the gym again and I can finally see and feel my strength coming back to me(jumping 20+ Lb per excercise, still not at half of what i could do). I started having some doubts after the second week but stuck to my routine (which isn’t set in stone yet)
Eating healthy again breakfast I been doing this
in a blender:
1/2 cup oatmeat
non-fat milk
1 banana
1 scoop of protein
The rest of my meals normally consist of 8-10 grams of protein Via, turkey, tuna, chicken and staying at about 70 carbs on non work out days, 100-120 grams on workout days.
After workouts I starting using a pwo shake with creatine immediately after a workout as a recovery drink an to help spike insulin levels and its helping.
All in all, there is light at the end of the tunnel
I’m doing one of the tdawg diets on carb/protein intake but curious to know if im getting 75grams of carbs pwo drink, does that figure in with the carbs that i’m getting from eating? Which would mean only another 25 grams or so of carbs for the rest of the day?
