Hey, everyone I just wanted to get feedback on my first cycle. I think my cycle was pretty good I need advice.
Currently:
18, turning 19 in January, 5’10, around 210lbs @14-15%BF. I have decent genetics decent muscle bellies and pretty good vascularity. (If anyone needs pictures I will gladly send them) I also have 6 pack abs for reference. I have competed in 2 OCB shows when I was 16 and 17. I have been training since I was around 13.
Cycle:
Test C 600mg per week 2 shots
Deca (Nandrolone Decanoate) 400mg per week
Anadrol 100mg per day
That means my cycle was around 1700mg per AAS per week.
I also would add around Winny at 4 amps each week at 50 milligrams and 30 milligrams of Halo (This was very recent because of contest prep)
Way too young brother. Your body and mostly your mind are still maturing.
I’m confused. You already took it or are about to? It seems like you just threw a bunch of drugs in a soup bowl without synergy. I won’t advise anybody let alone somebody so young but if you want others to you may want to list your goals.
My goal is to get my pro card by 19-20 years old I’m going to compete in the NPC American winter classic to try and go to nationals. I have already started the cycle that I listed above I’m considered a newbie so I would just like advice from the more experienced. Also for more reference, I’m competing in Novice Men’s bodybuilding.
If this is as legitimate as you say and you’re natrual, I might actually be on board with this plan - but with the understanding that your brain is not yet fully developed, and the portion currently lacking is responsible for critical thinking skills.
That’s not what I meant by goal. What is your cycle goal? For some its to dirty bulk, others it’s minimal lean gains, others to cut and maintain for stage, some it’s merely for strength and performance. What is you goal for THIS cycle?
So, I was originally just gonna do a Test C 400-500mg Cycle with 30mg of Diana but I got advice from an IFBB pro who goes to my gym and a guy who’s now my coach. I also am taking safety precautions, I’m getting my bloodwork done every 3-4 weeks and taking the necessary supplements and peptides/HGH to stay healthy.
I can’t wait to be truly impressed. Don’t bother with poses don’t display your muscular development the best. Give me some competitive poses. And I sure hope you are competing in bodybuilding and not men’s physique.
I work as an apprenticeship Electrician and also work with my dad in construction as a side job. My source for my HGH/Peptides is ReseachChem and my PEDS are sourced from my coach
He said he was giving me a cycle with lower doses and way less drugs. He said to do my bloodwork before he started suggesting anything to me. I also researched everything that he was going to give me and that I was going to order. I do also take supplements for my lipid health, heart, Liver, etc.
I will not criticize the AAS or the total milligrams you are taking, but ask that you consider Goldman’s Dilemma. If you were to assess where you are on what I call “Goldman’s Dilemma Spectrum”, about what “percent Goldman” would you honestly place yourself?
