I don’t have any progress pics this week because there’s not any ground-breaking progress from last week, and I don’t want to waste anyone’s time looking at near-identical pics lol
BF% is at 14.8%, lost a lot of fat in my hamstrings area though (which isn’t part of the 3-point test) so I feel good about this week.
Not entirely sure why you and the other girl in RMP have the same rating though. I guess that’s one of the reasons why I don’t usually keep up with this forum.

Looks like you’re making great progress Nikki!

I think it’s because of a lack knowlegde of how to judge a female’s physique in this forum.
Any new updates Nikki? Looks like you made some progress judging from your avi. =)
OK, I haven’t checked in for about 2 months now, let’s see what I got.
I’ll start with numbers.
In March, according to a new 3-point test that I’m using, I was around 18% BF and weighing 141-142 pounds.
After reading the Insulin Advantage article, currently I weigh 148.5 pounds at 15.1% bodyfat.
The pics will show where the LBM went =)
Oh and I also won’t be competing in May. I made the decision for several reasons and luckily I decided that before I dropped a 25# plate on my foot and was out of the gym for 2 weeks anyway.
I’m thinking of competing in September in a show that’s sponsored by some friends of mine, but I’m on the fence.
And that should be the last of it. I think I’m making pretty good progress thus far.
I haven’t heard from my suit designer and part of me wants the suit and the other part is telling me that if she really is as unprofessional as she’s proven to be a couple times, then take it as a sign not to compete.
I don’t know, I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. My main goal has always been to just look like I lift weights, and I think I’m slowly getting there.
Nice progress… back has def. gotten better along with everything else. Keep up the good work.
Pull ups is where its at… sometimes simple is best. Try dead-stopping on the bottom of the pull ups. That is extent arms all the way and hang for a second, fully stretched before pulling up again. Don’t be surprised if you can only do half as many as usually do. They can be torture.
Looking good, and like you lift lots of fucking weights. Cheers.
Yes, I do remember deadstop pull-ups from an article on here, thanks for reminding me. Will do them tomorrow.
I’m trying to make pull-ups a part of my daily routine.
I came back to a lot of PMs, mainly asking how training is going. Pics speak a thousand words. Sorry to disappoint, but I kinda took a higher rep training style with more cardio (hence the jump rope in the pic). Idk, I think this look suits me and my lifestyle more.
