I competed in the WABDL Great Lakes Regional yesterday and finally hit a long standing goal of mine by pulling tripple bodyweight. I weighted in at 158.6 and pulled 479. I lifted single ply and broke the michigan junior state record.
Nice work. I live in Lansing and should have gone and checked it out.
Quick question, how tall are you? Curious as I’m 5’9 and between 160-165. I’ve pulled 415 raw but my bench sucks. Never used any kind of shirts/suits/singlets etc… but might be something to work towards next year.
Again, congrats. 3x BW deadlift is solid.
Congrats man, very good work. I’m a 165lb junior too and your lifts are almost identical to what I hope to hit in my meet this weekend. Was it just a push/pull? I’ll have to try and get a video of my lifts and see if I can out total you haha. Again awesome lifting.
Also out of curiousity what kind of gear are you using? This will only be my second time in gear so I’m still trying to get the hang of the whole thing. Can’t wait till I can get out of my crappy inzer blast shirt and do some real damage
BM13271,
One other quick question…do you know what your bench is raw?
I’m confident I’ll be able to get to 250 before the end of the year and am curious as to how you compare. Your 347 is very impressive, just wondering how I would compare IF and when I get to 250 raw.
Thanks.
Nice work, bud. That’s impressive.
Nice. I just got mine in March. 804 at 266. This is a badass accomplishment in our sport. Does your squat and bench suck too? Cause mine do… but I dont care. haha.

Iâ??m 5â??8 and this was actually the last meet I will do with full gear. I may pull in a deadlift suit again, but I want no part of bench shirts/squat suits/wraps anymore.

It was just a push/pull, all wabdl meets are. The gear I had on for this meet was a titan super katana and a titan super centurion wide stance squat suit. I switched and started pulling sumo and never bought a suit for it. The suit I had on was VERY loose, I can get the straps up myself.

My raw max is around 290ish. I haven’t maxed in months, but based off of my training, it should be around there. However, I do not get a lot out of my bench shirt. Maybe 60 lbs…maybe. I have training partners that get 130-150 lbs. out of their shirts.

Best competition squat is 429 and best competition bench is 347.I do believe the squat could be a bit higher (more in line with the deadlift) but I am happy where the bench is at.
