My Carb Cycling Diet

Hey guys im new here so be chilled please.

I just started a carb cycling diet, my goals are to drop fat, please crit :slight_smile:

Protein muffin(15P,15C,5F) with 2 scoops whey
130g Chicken with olive oil
130g Chicken with olive oil
2 scoops whey and water
300g steak with olive oil
1 scoop whey and 200ml milk
100g Cheese(25p,2c,27F)

That’s not really a carb cycling diet per se.Carb cycling would entail a weekly schedule of High, medium and low days based around your training.
I would recommend getting all of Shelby Starnes e-books, especially macronutrient guidebook and tips and tricks for dieting success. Then read them a few times

Per se= in itself

But I think we are agreeing here, what I was saying is that since the basis of carb cycling is multiple days with different macronutrient ratios one day of food does not constitute a carb cycling diet.

To the original poster: The idea would be to create a weekly plan, follow it for a week or two and then make changes based on the results from that baseline, but honestly it’s well laid out in Shelby starnes e-books which are very cheap.
