My Bulking Attempt

This is my first post. I have been lurking around this site for quite a while. I sit in front of a computer all day, so I get a great amount of useful information from here.

I am 29 years old, 5’10" 208lbs. My goal is to get to 225lbs. I currently train at 5:30AM and train 1 body part per week.

I guess I’m asking if my bulking diet will help me get to my goal of 225lbs.

Get rid of the egg whites and eat the full egg man… seriously. The egg yolk is where all the good stuff is. If you are worried about the fat, then get rid of the fat elsewhere in your diet but not the yolk. Eggs are called natures most perfect food for a reason, and if you take away the yolk, it isnt natures most perfect food anymore.

The only problem I see is your lack of fat. 47g for the whole day?

Not enough.

Yeah like een said, you need more fats.

Taken from Dr. Berardi:

  1. Ensure that 25-35% of your energy intake comes from fat, with your fat intake split equally between saturates (e.g. animal fat), monounsaturates (e.g., olive oil), and polyunsaturates (e.g. flax oil, salmon oil).
