You can’t tell him that. We’re not supposed to notice the progress other people are making!!!

the Bigger (Taller?) they are the less distance you have to lower the bar to touch…
SRSLY, I’m going to DOMINATE the Powerlifting world with my humongous fake torpedo boobs.
Will only need a 1/2 inch ROM to touch chest.
And by SRSLY I guess I mean Jokingly.
The hypocrisy in this thread is hilarious. Please continue.

Josh what’s up man? Dude I gotta give you props for your progress in 5 years. You’re looking thick in your avatar. Have you made a thread yet? I’d be interested to know the kind of diet and training you did.
Diet wise, I have recently switched to following the Mountaindog style of eating. And I have to say I will never eat another way again.
Just read through the Mountain Dog Diet, here’s the link for anyone interested: http://articles.elitefts.com/articles/nutrition/the-mountain-dog-diet-–-a-healthier-way-to-get-leanadd-muscle-or-both/
Pretty much the same as Paleo, which I follow strictly (adding quinoa only), just placing emphasis on certain elements. Unfortunately, I stay away from dairy completely, which the MDD seems to be quite fond of.
Are you (or anyone else for that matter) supplementing with ALA? What are your thoughts on it?
Ty for the link

USC sucks and the 49rs are going to get the first pick next year.
you friggin turd!
SC is gonna win the Pac 12 in two seasons (when they’re eligible again… dont get me started on that BS) and SF is gonna take their division this year!
friendly wager on who does better? SF of Big D? I bet Alex Smith even has a better year than Tony Bromo (ok I wouldnt go that far)
SF > Dallas
As far as USC goes, your nuts. Stanford will win the Pac 12 this year, and Luck will take the Heisman. Count it. Bet it. Boom.
Wow this thread has taken a wrong turn somewhere, I just wanted to share some supplement porn… that’s all. What’s up with all the judgment flying around? I do this for myself and myself only. Why spend so much on supplements? Cause I can… pretty simple. I also pretty much only eat organic food, is it cheap? No, but I’m in a position to do so, so why wouldn’t I? Organic chicken is like $15/lb where I live, so MAG-10 is actually a bargain compared to that.
I’ve tried AAS, it’s not for me. I’d rather try it the natural way.

Not going to comment on the Pack 12, but SF>Dallas? Lets revist this later after the end of pre season.
Greg answer your damn PM’s.
sadly, if i didn’t go back to the top of the page and refresh my memory on what this thread was about i could never tell just by reading through the posts lol. to the OP i want to ask my question AGAIN. if your spending that much keesh on supplements why not on a few test cycles? or are you one of those ol’ naturals?

The only reason I’m level 5 is cuz my friends make orders with me.

I tried it once, it’s not really for me. Had great results though but I’m too afraid it will mess with my body long term.
ahh i see, had no idea. smart man then.
